Engineering, architecture and logistics challenge, derived from a failure in the construction process of the terrace that was in a ravine. We carry out a Structural Safety Opinion to determine the causes, consequences and solutions to the problem.

As a result of the structural, architectural and calculation project, we carried out

a masonry retaining wall, we fill the ravine and thus we win

more than 120 square meters of garden.

We remodeled the terrace and as the main element a 20mm tempered glass floor.
