Contemporary style house on three levels

 

We developed an extensive executive project that, in addition to the base plans, includes voice and data plans, gates, furniture, blacksmithing, masonry and kitchen.

 

The construction was complex due

that the terrain had to be improved since it was sunk, we carried out a topographic survey with drones

to know exactly how the batch would be filled.

 

The structure is mixed between reinforced concrete and steel beams, the slabs are made with caseton so that they are lighter and we have longer and surprising spans.

 

We plan each space in detail, it has more than 120 square meters of garden, garage for 6 vehicles, gym, bar, an underground wine cellar, rainwater catchment, double-height living room, 3 bedrooms with full bathroom and dressing room.
